"During my residency at Forum Health Hosptial located in Youngstown, Ohio a young man was brought into the Emergency Room holding three of this front teeth. The young man was frantic thinking that he had lost his teeth for good. After a thorough exam I decided to reimplant the teeth and splint them in place.
