I called the office every day hoping for an opening, and thankfully they were finally able to squeeze me in. Dr. Luu agreed to take me even though she didn't have to, and I can’t thank her enough for going out of her way to help me. Dr. Luu was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She fixed my tooth quickly and perfectly, and because of her, I was able to go on my trip feeling confident instead of worrying about a missing piece of my tooth the entire time. I have received awesome service at Sierra Lakes Dental Group. The entire building is the cleanest dental office I have ever been to. Also, the atmosphere in the building is quite, calm and welcoming. And every staff member that haa assisted me have been pleasant and extremely helpful.

Raychel is so friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk in the office, she greets you by name and makes you feel so welcomed. She takes the time to get to know each patient as if they are the only patient. She explains everything and goes above and beyond her job title. She has made me feel so comfortable and has worked with my work schedule to make sure I don’t miss an appointment. I have truly enjoyed getting braces because of the service she offers at Sierra Lakes Dental.
